Housing in Ireland
Housing in Ireland is a disgrace and the use of timber frames is against the holy law. Stop cutting down my woodlands for timber. What we need to be doing is replanting the forests with native trees. With the population being reduced to 1 billion a lot of the houses won’t be needed and the unattractive ones will be the first to go. Last year I visited Achill Island and I was disgusted at the state of it and I recall years visiting it and liking it. Who lets these houses be built as the majority are a disgrace. In my local heritage town a monstrosity of an apartment block was built and it’s the ugliest thing you could witness. All I can presume is that there were back handers for the building of it.
