LIVING IN THE MOMENT
Living in the moment is undoubtedly the only way to enjoy life to the fullest.
WHEN IT’S BAD
-
Resolve the problem instead of worrying about the future.
-
Do one task at a time, but don’t rush that task. It takes practice, but it helps you focus on the task.
-
Make your actions deliberate, not rushed and random.
-
Prioritize what's important and let go of what's not.
-
If you’re thinking about the future, bring yourself back to the present and just focus on what you're doing right now.
-
Don’t be afraid to cry, crying is healing.
-
Work with your body and eat very healthy vegetarian food (especially pears and bananas).
-
Rest your body and sleep well.
-
If you’re depression, take a high dosage of anti-depression tablets (demons get drugged)
-
Avoid alchohol.
-
Have caffeine in the morning to aid awakening.
-
Take medication for headaches.
WHEN IT’S GOOD
-
If you are enjoying a moment, savor it and just ‘stop’.
-
If a friend or family member calls over to see you, listen to the person instead of talking too much. Enjoy your time with that person and offer advise.
-
When eating, don’t be in a rush. Savor each bite and really get the most out of your food. You'll eat less this way and digest your food better as well.
-
Savor the moment and think about how happy you are, however, also think a little about the future and how happy you’ll be.
Living in the moment takes practice, but when it's done it's incredible!
